Larz joins Lauren in the ring and learns that Lauren wants to demonstrate some of her wrestling knowledge in an instructional video. She suddenly kicks Larz in the belly then drops her with a stunner, then begins her video to the fans. She begins by demonstrating how to use the ring to destroy your opponent then works the stunned Larz over in the corners, on the mat, and on the ropes. She follows by bending the groggy Larz’s body and legs around the steel ring post as the beauty screams in pain. The next demonstration is a power move as Lauren hoists Larz up and into a great torture rack. Lauren finishes her video by wrapping Larz’s arms up in the ropes and slowly knocks her out with a great sleeper hold. Poor Larz hangs unconscious in the ropes as Lauren thanks her for being such a great training dummy. Enjoy!
